Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

A purchase on this site is a «distance sale» under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, which gives you the right to cancel and receive a refund.

Cancellation and refund

You may cancel within 14 days of receiving the product or of receiving the transaction document, whichever is later. The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging with tags attached.

The refund is issued within 14 days of our receiving your cancellation notice, to the same payment method. We may deduct a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction value or ₪100, whichever is lower. Return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless the cancellation is due to a defect or to our error.

Faulty product or our mistake

If a product arrives damaged, different from what you ordered or in the wrong size, we cover the full cost of return or exchange and refund you in full with no deduction.

Exchanges

In addition to your statutory right of cancellation, we accept exchange requests within 14 days on the same terms.

How to cancel or exchange

Message us on WhatsApp, call 054-632-0263 or email support@flexwear.co.il with your order number, and we will send return instructions within one business day.

Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Law.
