We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information; however, occasional errors, technical inaccuracies, or minor differences between product images and actual products may occur.
All orders are subject to product availability and approval by FlexWear.
FlexWear reserves the right to cancel any order in exceptional circumstances, including pricing errors, inventory issues, suspected fraud, or misuse of the website.
All use of this website shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
Purchase age
Purchases are for people aged 18 or over holding a valid payment method in their own name. Under 18, the site may be used only with a guardian's consent and supervision.
Cancelling an order
A purchase here is a distance sale under the Consumer Protection Law. You may cancel within 14 days of receiving the product or the transaction details document, whichever is later, and be refunded to the same payment method. Cancellation fee: up to 5% of the order value or ILS 100, whichever is lower. For a faulty product or our error the refund is full, with no deduction and at our cost. Product liability
The company and those acting on its behalf are not liable for direct or indirect damage arising from use of the service or use of a product bought on this site, and what is written or shown on it — including training guidance, sizing or fit suggestions — is not a professional opinion or medical advice.
Our products are activewear and sports accessories intended for ordinary sporting and everyday use. Please follow the care and washing instructions supplied with each item; using an item contrary to them may damage it. Consult a qualified professional before starting physical activity.
FlexWear is responsible for the product matching its description and for its soundness as required by law.
